Shipping

Why do you not offer free shipping?

We are a small business and we are not Amazon. We cannot absorb that kind of cost on every order. We have placed our shipping cost as low as possible. We offer free shipping on order $75 and up.

Why is the shipping time between 15-20 days?

It typically only takes 7-10 days. We are not the only retailer selling these items. If the item is popular the warehouse might have a tough time keeping up with the orders. It’s a rare situation but it has happened.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Not a problem, we will pay for the wrong item to be shipped back to us and we will get the right item to you ASAP.

Refund

Can I receive a refund on a custom blueprint or Da Vinci print?

Yes and No. Once we receive the images from the customer for the prints, we send the finished proof to the customer to approve. Once approved the order is sent to the printers and then mailed off. The best time to ask for a refund for custom orders is before the order is printed. After the order is printed a refund will not be given.

Can I receive a refund on a custom collar (dogs name on collar)?

Customers wanting a refund on a custom dog collar will need to place the request immediately. Once the collar has been sent to the laser engraver a refund is no longer possible.

I found the same item but with free shipping or cheaper, can I cancel my order?

Yes and No. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the item has shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. You may receive a refund once you received the item and ship it back to us.
